Management Executive

- to gain a full understanding and experience in the Facade Construction Industry through proper training and mentorship

Design scope

- Lead and motivated a team of draftspersons to prepare shop drawings, part lists, and manufacturing drawings

- Plan, implement, and monitor design development and shop

drawings production schedules

- Ensure product design development costs are within budget constraints

- develop product design concepts according to the Architect's/Facade consultant's contract drawings and specifications

Material Planning scope

- 1. Materials Take Off:

. Prepare material take-off based on the construction drawing or the latest drawing as per advice from the Project Schedule or Management

. Prepare and issue PRF based on material take-off and approved samples

. Ensure all materials needed for the project are ordered before it is needed and make sure the materials are available when the Fabrication Order FO is issued

2. Optimization for extrusions and sheets of Fabrication Orders FO issued:

. Prepare an Excel file of all items in the FO issued, indicating item no, qty, material used, finish, and location

. Optimization for alum sheet and extrusions, will indicate the material type and size to be used, then optimize

Issue a hard copy of the optimization for distribution

3. Monitors material usage:

. Create a material usage report Excel file for all alum sheets and extrusions for each project. Included herewith are all the alum extrusions ordered with PRF no. and qty, delivery order and packing list, and the Fabrication order where the materials were used.

. Update the report every time materials are ordered, delivered/received at the Malaysia Factory and every time a FO is issued, ensuring the availability of all material needed in that FO

4. SAP System Purchase Request and Delivery Orders DO:

. Key-in all PRF issued in the SAP system

. Key-in all DO as per the Contracts Claims

5. Prepare and submit reports:

. Prepare and update the Raw Material Procurement Status Log Chart E for the weekly internal meeting on time.

. Prepare and submit Raw Material Usage Report (Extrusion Utilization) for the whole project as required on time.

. Meeting all internal deadlines (schedule)

6. Coordinates with Singapore Factory production, Malaysia Factory production, and Purchasing on material issues.

Production Engineering

. Monitor the quality of extrusion fabrication outputs and the safety of extrusion operations

. Trains and reinforces employees on machine operation, safety, and company policies

. Inspect fabrication outputs to check for inconsistencies and deviations from established quality standards

. Maintains fabrication workflow, processes, and types of machinery

. Coordinate or recommend procedures for facility or equipment maintenance or modification, including the replacement of machines

. Ensures that production is being accomplished as per the production schedule and specifications

. Monitor team and work procedures to meet production schedules

. Provide direction for project tasks and hold all team members accountable for safety, quality, and production

. Conduct daily briefing with the crew to review production goals and performance feedback
