Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with local trade regulations and safety standards (e.g., SFA guidelines for food storage).
Negotiation: The ability to haggle with suppliers to maintain thin profit margins.
Physical Stamina: Unlike a desk job, you may need to spend time in warehouses or cold rooms to audit stock.
