Carbyne Fitness is one of Singapore's fastest-growing home-gym equipment brands, known for our premium adjustable dumbbells and kettlebells (with many upcoming products). We're looking for a Management Executive Intern who wants more than a typical internship - someone who wants to understand how an e-commerce business is built from scratch and scaled profitably.

How to run and grow a real e-commerce business
How brands build demand through content, social media, and paid advertising
Product research, sourcing, pricing strategy, and competitor analysis
End-to-end marketing campaigns - ideation, production, optimisation, reporting
Customer understanding and branding strategy
Fast-paced decision-making in a founder-driven environment
Assist the founder in day-to-day management of the business, gaining full exposure to how decisions are made in a growing e-commerce brand.
Execute marketing activities including social media content creation, TikTok/IG Reels, product videos, ad creatives, and email marketing.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, pricing opportunities, and product ideas.
Help plan, launch, and optimise marketing campaigns across major platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google).
Support new product launches, including research, copywriting, marketing angles, and visual assets.
Analyse customer behaviour and sales data to provide insights for marketing and operations.
Assist with content shoots, influencer coordination, brand collaborations, and even live streaming.
Contribute ideas to improve branding, website experience, and storytelling for Carbyne Fitness.
Diploma / undergraduate in Business, Marketing, Communications, Media, or related fields
Strong interest in entrepreneurship, fitness, and e-commerce
Creative, proactive, and willing to experiment
Comfortable in a fast-moving, startup-style environment
No need for prior experience - just passion and the ability to think independently
