Intern - Management Executive

This role is open to Temasek Polytechnic students seeking an SIP internship for the Diploma in Business (with a focus on Business Operations & Digitalisation).

As a Management Executive intern at Carbyne Fitness, you will gain hands-on experience in managing and scaling a fast-growing e-commerce brand. You will be involved in product sourcing, digitalisation projects, marketing initiatives, and day-to-day operational tasks, with meaningful autonomy to propose and execute ideas.

Job Scope:

. Support daily business operations, including sourcing and launching new products.

. Conduct competitor and market research to inform operational and pricing decisions.

. Assist in developing digital tools (dashboards, automated sheets, SOPs) to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

. Contribute to marketing campaigns, including social media marketing and basic content creation with the help of AI tools.

. Gain real-world experience managing and optimising an e-commerce store.

. Collaborate with the founder on operational improvements, product planning, and business growth initiatives.
