Job Description
- Oversee daily salon operations, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent customer service.
- Manage staff schedules, performance, and training to maintain high service standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Monitor inventory of hair products, tools, and supplies, ensuring timely replenishment.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and payroll coordination for salon staff.
- Develop and implement marketing or promotional activities to boost sales and customer retention.
- Maintain records of sales, expenses, and staff performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company policies.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for product orders and maintenance services.
- Assist management in budgeting, target planning, and business improvement initiatives.
