1 Manage Cleaning Service
-Coordinate with Supervisors & Clients ensuring quality service delivery
-Ensure Cleaning teams adhere to safety measures during cleaning operations
-Assist in Budget planning
- Compile & Analyse relevant data to propose recommendations for cleaning process improvement
-Assist in development & review of operations plan to improve work procedures & quality service delivery
-Review daily cleaning job reports for submission to Management
2. Management Inventory, Equipment & Maintenances Schedule
-Allocate equipments & supplies to sites
-Identify & recommend suitable equipment/technologies to improve cleaning operations.
-Implement maintenance schedules for tools & equipment
3. Manage Cleaning Team
-Facilitate plannning of work schedules & deployment of manpower.
-Facilitate effective work processes
-Facilitate staff's capability development
4. Manage Contracts
-Liaise between internal & external parties to analyze & solidify overall contract strategy
-Ensure budget guidelines set are followed & any deviations should be communicated with explanations
-Assist in resolving existing contract conflicts.
-Report on potential risks on contractual changes to the Management
5. Manage Site Incidents
-Guide teams to respond to site incidents & emergencies.
-Report & update site incidents & emergencies to the Management
Note : Class 3 licence is a must
