MANAGEMENT EXECUTIVE

Job Description:

• Assist in daily operations of the beauty business
• Manage staff scheduling and outlet coordination
• Handle customer enquiries and provide good service
• Support marketing activities (promotion, social media, etc.)
• Monitor sales performance and prepare simple reports
• Ensure smooth operation and maintain service standards

Requirements:

• relevant experience in beauty / management
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Basic knowledge of beauty industry preferred
• Responsible and willing to learn
