Management Executive (Hotel)

Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on Management Executive to oversee our daily hotel functions. You will be the vital link between the Front Office and the Housekeeping department, ensuring that rooms are turned over efficiently and guest standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Liaison: Coordinate with the Front Desk to prioritize room cleaning based on arrivals, VIPs, and early check-ins.

  • Manpower Scheduling: Create and manage weekly duty rosters for the housekeeping team and general cleaners.

  • Quality Assurance: Perform daily inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet cleanliness and safety protocols.

  • Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels for linens, toiletries, and cleaning supplies manage orders with external vendors.

  • Maintenance Coordination: Identify and report any facility issues (plumbing, electrical, or wear-and-tear) to the maintenance team and follow up on repairs.

  • Reporting: Prepare simple daily reports on room status, lost and found items, and staff attendance.

Requirements

  • Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in hotel operations, housekeeping supervision, or a similar service industry role.

  • Skills: Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills to lead a diverse team.

  • Attitude: Proactive, detail-oriented, and a guest-first mindset.
