Job Description
We are seeking experienced professionals to deliver training programs focused on Management Corporation Strata Title (MCST) operations and the Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act (BMSMA). Trainers will facilitate instructor-led sessions (Face-to-Face or Virtual Live Class) designed to upskill Property Managers and Council Members in Singapore.
- Deliver comprehensive training on daily operations, maintenance and performance management of residential, commercial and industrial portfolios.
- Facilitate lessons on legislative requirements, specifically the BMSMA and the procedures for convening Annual General Meetings (AGMs) and Council Meetings.
- Guide learners through financial management for MCSTs including budget development, sinking funds and financial reporting.
- Integrate practical case studies involving tenant management, lease negotiations and dispute resolution within the Singapore context.
- Evaluate learner competence through assessments and provide constructive feedback to ensure industry readiness.
Job Requirement
- Degree/ Diploma in Building, Real Estate Management, or a related discipline.
- Relevant certification in the field of Learning & Development such as ACLP/ACTA or equivalent pedagogical certification.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant industry experience in Property Management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role overseeing MCST properties.
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of BMSMA and MCST administrative procedures (Agendas, Minutes, Council management).
- Possess leadership skills, negotiation and communication skills with the ability to translate complex legislation & technical requirements into engaging lessons.
