Management Consulting Manager - Name Screening Alert Disposition FBA

Design and implement effective compliance programs that align with regulatory requirements.
Analyze and assess current compliance processes to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance initiatives are integrated into business operations.
Provide training and guidance to stakeholders on compliance-related matters.
Monitor and report on compliance performance metrics to ensure adherence to established standards.

Job Requirements:

• Support the end to end system implementation from analysis, design to testing of Name Screening alert disposition using AI/ML.

• Identify and define detailed requirements. Serve as a liaison to the business community and participate in user and task analysis to maintain the business community perspective.

• Work with tech including vendor (Tookitaki) on design, from screen, business rules, and Model design and testing

• Guide user in developing test cases

• Work with model owner, bank's model RAD team in model validation ensuring governance is in place, tested before go live

• Expert proficiency in Anti-Money Laundering Compliance.

• Expert proficiency in Feature Engineering.

• B_ A minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant related skills.

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.

• Master proficiency in Functional Designs.

• Expert proficiency in Business Process Design.

• Intermediate proficiency in User Research.
