As an Admin executive, you play a crucial part in our team's overall performance. Strong operational support allows our consultants to be able to focus on engaging their clients with their vision and problem-solving capabilities.

Job title: Management Consulting Manager (Japanese Speaking)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management across multiple group companies within ICMG Group.
• Lead and manage strategic projects to address business challenges and drive growth initiatives
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and develop actionable insights
• Drive business development efforts, including identifying and securing new client opportunities
• Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders and support decision-making processes
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple priorities to meet project objectives
• Support clients in their investment activities, including deal sourcing, due diligence, and portfolio management

Requirements:

• Min Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred
• Min 5-8 years of working experience in consulting company
• Business level of Japanese (N1-N2 level) is required to comminicate with Japanese clients and Japan HQ

Others:

Salary range: SGD 8,000-11,000 + VB (Depending on the indivisual and company perfomance)

Working hours: 9am-6pm (Flexble working hours)
