Job title: Management Consulting Manager (Japanese Speaking)

Responsibilities:

. Lead and manage strategic projects to address business challenges and drive growth initiatives

. Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and develop actionable insights

. Drive business development efforts, including identifying and securing new client opportunities

. Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders and support decision-making processes

. Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple priorities to meet project objectives

. Support clients in their investment activities, including deal sourcing, due diligence, and portfolio management

Requirements:

. Min Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred

. Min 5-10 years of working experience in management consulting company

. Business level of Japanese (N1-N2 level) is required to communicate with Japanese clients and Japan office

Others:

Salary range: SGD 10,000-13,000 + VB (Depending on the individual and company performance)

Working hours: 9am-6pm

Interview process: 3-4 round of interview (Face-to Face)
