Our client is a consulting firm expanding its presence in Singapore and across Asia.

This is an opportunity to join its Singapore business at an early stage, delivering client projects while helping shape the growth of the local practice.

Key responsibilities

• Work with clients on growth strategy, new business development, digital and AI transformation, and business improvement.

• Develop practical recommendations and support clients through implementation.

• Lead project workstreams and engage stakeholders across functions and markets.

• Contribute to proposals, client relationships and new business opportunities.

• Help build the Singapore team and develop its ways of working.

Requirements

• At least 810 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business transformation, technology consulting or cross-border projects.

• Strong problem solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.

• An interest in both delivering consulting projects and helping build a growing practice.

Experience leading projects or engaging senior executives would be an advantage.
