Job Overview
Responsible for providing professional management consulting and operational support for the education institution. Assist in optimizing business processes, education service systems, and daily operation management. Support business development, student recruitment strategy, teacher management, and cross-department coordination to ensure efficient and standardized operation of the education center.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in formulating and implementing the company's operation plans, business objectives, and service standards.
- Analyze daily operation data, identify problems, and provide optimization suggestions to improve efficiency and service quality.
- Assist in teacher recruitment, allocation, performance tracking, and team management support.
- Coordinate between teaching, student services, administration, and marketing departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Provide consulting support for student admission, course planning, parent communication, and academic progress follow-up.
- Assist in market research, competitor analysis, and the development of student recruitment and promotion strategies.
- Support policy compliance, document preparation, and administrative procedures related to education services and manpower management.
- Complete other management and consulting tasks assigned by the management.
Requirements
- Deploma or above in Business Administration, Education, Human Resources, or related fields.
- Relevant experience in management, operations, or consulting within the education industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese strong communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
- Good analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and detail-oriented.
- Familiar with education service processes, student management, and basic business operation logic.
- Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data sorting.
