- Get cross-trained across multiple disciplines: operations, IT System, and compliance
- Liase with Developers, clients and tech teams
- Support day-to-day workflows while learning how the company runs end-to-end
- Recommend how to apply technology and AI tools in daily work
- Juggle multiple tasks and projects with strong time management and follow through
- Contribute ideas and take initiative in company-building projects
