Management Associate (Service Intelligence Track)

Company Overview

WCS Services Pte Ltd is a Singapore-based cleaning and facilities management company with a strong operational foundation and decades of experience.

We are now building a next-generation service organization, integrating structured operations, data, and intelligent systems to redefine how facilities management is delivered.

This role is part of our Management Associate pathway, designed to develop future leaders in operations and service management.

About the Role

This is not a routine operations role.

As a Management Associate, you will be developed to understand, manage, and improve service operations at scale, with direct exposure to real sites, real teams, and real business challenges.

You will rotate through key functions and progressively take on ownership, with the goal of growing into a site lead / operations manager role.

What You Will Do

• Work on-site to understand how large-scale service operations are executed
• Support and eventually lead daily operations and workforce coordination
• Analyse workflows and identify gaps in efficiency and service quality
• Contribute to improving systems, processes, and service standards
• Work closely with management on operational and strategic initiatives
• Take on increasing responsibility over time (not just support work)
