Role Overview:
We are seeking a forward-thinking Management Associate to bridge business operations and technology. You will work closely with operations, data, and AI teams to automate workflows, improve processes, and contribute to digital transformation initiatives within the finance industry, while building strong domain expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Automation: Partner with Data and AI teams to automate and streamline end-to-end operational flows (e.g., order capture, settlement, reconciliations, portfolios and ledger updates).
- Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable, technology-driven solutions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the liaison between operations and developers, translating business requirements into effective automated workflows.
What You Will Learn & Experience:
- Mastery: Gain a comprehensive understanding of back-office operations and end-to-end business lifecycle for various products.
- Cutting-Edge AI: Get hands-on exposure to the latest AI tools and LLMs - such as Claude and DeepSeek, as well as modern development concepts like agentic AI, to help build automated operational processes and smart alerts.
- Squads: Be part of squads which use vibe coding tools like Figma, Cursor and Supabase to build and deploy solutions.
Who You Are:
- A STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) degree graduate from a reputable university
- Strong interest in fintech, automation, and AI-driven transformation.
- Analytical, curious, and eager to learn how AI can enhance traditional operations
- Clear and confident communicator, able to work independently in ambiguous environments.
- Willingness to take up short-term overseas assignments.
