About the Role - A 2-year immersive program designed to shape future leaders. In the 2 years, the Management Associate will gain real-world experience through cross-functional rotations, structured learning, and mentoring building the skills needed to thrive in the dynamic world of agribusiness. Upon successful completion of the programme, you are posted to a suitable appointment, subject to your performance, potential, and organisational needs, while considering your career aspirations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Rotation amongst key business units to learn and develop specifc on-the-job knowledge & skills in areas such as sales & marketing, risk managment, business development, operations, freight, analytics and trade control.
  • Aid team in applying the sales process, support production planning, credit assessments, market research & analysis, manage end-to-end trade operations, preparing and presenting reports, support tanker chartering & operations, maintain global vegetable oils supply and demand data, identify key accounts and customer needs, generate daily P/L reports etc.
  • Participate in strategic planning and execution of game plans.
  • Lead or participate in projects focused on sustainability, innovation, HR, operational excellence & automation etc.
  • Undergo mentoring with leaders

Job Requirements:

  • At least a 2nd Class (Upper) honours degree in business, economics, logistics, supply chain management, engineering or related fields
  • Open to fresh graduates from reputable universities
  • Track record of non-academic, co-curricular activities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Driven and ambitious in the delivery of results
  • Collaborative team player
  • Passionate about agribusiness and sustainability
  • Open to relocation and regional travel
