Responsibilities / Opportunities

  • Participate in 3 strategic rotations to gain hands-on experience across key business functions, including Middle Office and Front Office
  • Contribute to meaningful projects that drive business outcomes while building commercial acumen, operational insight, and strategic thinking
  • Accelerate career development through structured mentorship, leadership exposure, and stretch assignments
  • Connect and collaborate with professionals across operations, back office, and front office to grow a strong internal network
  • Gain end-to-end exposure to company workflows, from back-end operations to front-line decision-making in a dynamic environment
