We are looking for fresh graduates or industry convertees to join us as Management Associates. A comprehensive 3-year Management Associate Programme has been developed to train and groom suitable candidates to take on specialist functions. High performing candidates can look forward to grow and pursue management leadership careers in the insurance industry.

The programme consists of a 21-month on-job rotation across different specialty functions where product knowledge training, know-hows and hands-on work will be provided. In addition, there maybe a up to 3-month overseas attachment & business exposure. Upon successful completion of the 2-year programme, you will be appointed to a specialised function to gain real work experience for the next 1 year.
