We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Hotel Maintenance Technician to join our team and ensure the smooth functioning of our hotel properties. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the hotel's facilities to the highest standards and ensuring the safety and comfort of our guests and staff.
Job Description
- Perform hands-on repairs & general maintenance work on various systems, including M&E, plumbing & sanitary, air-conditioning, electrical/lighting, painting, and carpentry.
- Troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with building and fire safety regulations.
- Follow established maintenance strategies and company policies for a safe environment.
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues regarding maintenance status and issues.
- Perform related ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
- Able to provide support to other departments.
- Participate in company's sustainability effort for the environment and being an inclusive employee.
