Maintenance Technician

Job Functions:

• Responsible for the maintenance and smooth operation of CNC machines.

  Conducted regular inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize machine downtime and ensure reliable production.

  Troubleshot, diagnosed, and repaired mechanical and equipment issues efficiently.

  Implemented preventive maintenance measures to identify potential problems before they caused production disruptions.

  Worked closely with team members to improve maintenance processes, machine performance, and overall production efficiency.

  Maintained a high level of attention to detail and applied strong technical and problem-solving skills to support daily operations.

  Ensured maintenance work was carried out safely and according to company procedures.

• Coolants monitoring and controls

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of experience in supporting maintenance function in manufacturing environment preferred
• NTC/ITC/ITE/Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or relevant qualifications
