Our client is from Oil and Gas industry, a local leading player. They are looking for a Maintenance Technician for the next phase of their business. They are located in West.
Duties:
- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance tasks as directed, and update the CMMS database.
- Maintain rotating and static equipment, plant piping, and structural support systems.
- Respond to and resolve equipment malfunctions, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Determine necessary materials, tools, and methods for safe maintenance tasks.
- Conduct machinery condition monitoring and field data collection with the production team.
- Ensure operational efficiency of all plant valves and mechanical components, including control and plant valve maintenance.
- Supervise in-house contractors and vendors, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Collaborate with the production team on mechanical system testing and troubleshooting.
- Participate in the Company's Emergency Response Team (CERT) with assigned roles.
Requirements
- Nitec in Engineering related field.
- Min 5 years experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry
- Experience in troubleshooting of mechanical/ machinery systems
