Supporting Electrical and Automation at Tuas plant.
Responsibilities:
. Responsible for safety personnel and plant.
. Participate directly in site emergency response team.
. Troubleshoot and repair a variety of complex powder processing, blending and high-speed packaging equipment.
. Repair and install various equipment, guards and piping using lifting devices if required.
. Perform PM's and work orders as well as project work.
. Disassembly, diagnosis, repairs and re-assembly of machinery to hygienic and sanitary standards.
. Participate in the development of a Predictive Maintenance program at Tuas.
. Complete all necessary reports and documentation via hardcopy and computer.
. Maintain a clean and sanitary environment in accordance to all safety and GMP policies.
. Be able to use independent judgment and work well within a team concept.
. Interact with internal and external customers in a professional manner.
. Follow all cGMP requirements to ensure proper manufacturing environment.
. Actively participate in the resolution and elimination of downtime issues.
. Assist in the creation of SOP's, checklist, and work instructions.
. Provide training and guidance to new employees.
. Complete all necessary transactions, reports and documentation with accuracy and timeliness.
. Maintain a clean and sanitary environment to 5S or similar standard.
. Adhere to the Tuas Code of Conduct.
Requirements:
. Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Mechatronics equivalent qualifications.
. 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
. Proficiency in SAP and Ms Office is a must.
. Familiar with predictive and preventative maintenance technologies.
. Previous experience in a food or pharma manufacturing environment is preferred.
