URGENT HIRING | Changi, Singapore | Contract-to-Permanent

We are urgently hiring Maintenance Technicians to support the manufacturing operations of a leading medical device company in Changi, Singapore!

Learn and support manufacturing operations involving diagnostic devices, cardiac monitoring devices, pacemakers and cardiac leads, with opportunities for conversion to a permanent position

Key Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and machinery.
Carry out equipment troubleshooting, repair and corrective maintenance to minimise production downtime.
Diagnose equipment faults and identify root causes of equipment failures.
Read and interpret technical drawings, electrical schematics and equipment manuals.
Support equipment installation, modification, calibration and maintenance activities where required.
Work closely with production and engineering teams to ensure equipment reliability and smooth manufacturing operations.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, breakdowns and repairs.
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety, quality and manufacturing requirements.
Support the transition towards 24/7 manufacturing operations and other ad-hoc maintenance activities as required.

Requirements

Minimum Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics or a related technical field.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience in preventive maintenance, equipment troubleshooting and repair.
Able to read and understand technical drawings, schematics and equipment manuals.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
