Job Summary
We are hiring Maintenance Technicians to support equipment operations and sustaining activities in a manufacturing environment. This role involves hands-on equipment handling, basic troubleshooting, and supporting maintenance teams. Training will be provided, making this opportunity suitable for both entry-level candidates and experienced technicians.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform daily tool sustaining activities to ensure smooth equipment operations
- Load and unload the following items:
- FOUPs with wafers
- Reticles
- Chemical bottles
- Carry out basic alarm recovery on equipment
- Assist the maintenance team with:
- Dismantling and assembling equipment
- Adjusting and repairing tools
- Work according to layout plans, blueprints, manuals, and technical drawings
- Use test and diagnostic equipment to perform system checkouts
- Rebuild manufacturing equipment when required
- Perform equipment modifications as directed by engineers
Qualifications & Requirements
- No specific qualification required (training will be provided)
- Basic technical knowledge or strong hands-on interest preferred
- Willingness to work in a shift-based environment
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures, manuals, and safety guidelines
Work Schedule
Training Period
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00 AM 5:30 PM
- Timesheet hours: 8.5 hours per day
Post-Training
- Rotational A / B / C / D shifts
- 12-hour shifts (Day/Night):
- 8:30 AM 8:30 PM
- Standard timesheet hours: 11 hours per shift
