Maintenance Technician - Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in hotel, building, or facilities maintenance

• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, air-conditioning servicing, and basic mechanical works

• Able to troubleshoot and carry out repairs for hotel rooms and common areas

• Familiar with preventive maintenance and routine inspections

• Understands workplace safety and proper use of tools and equipment

• Able to respond to emergency maintenance issues

• Comfortable with hands-on work and working at heights

• Able to manage tasks efficiently and work independently or as part of a team

• Basic communication skills to coordinate with supervisors and hotel departments

• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

• Technical certification or trade qualification is an advantage
