Job Summary:

• Salary: $1,800 - $2,500
• Working hours: 8:00am - 5:15pm (Mon - Fri)

Job Responsibilities:

This job focuses on the technical aspects of lift and building system.

• Performing scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance tasks
• Responding to corrective maintenance issues as needed
• Participating in standby duties when required
• Assisting in follow-ups related to breakdown reports and supporting the Standby Section
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all work carried out
• Attending to building or equipment inspections conducted (e.g. FSB)
• Assisting in investigations related to equipment damages or personnel incidents
• Following up on quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) issues

Job requirements:

• Experience in the lift industry is preferred but not mandatory
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, including creating tables and analysing data
• Possession of a Certificate of Competency (CoC) will be an advantage
