Maintenance Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate all maintenance works, including troubleshooting, ensuring tasks are completed safely, effectively, and on schedule.
• Work closely with the Maintenance Manager to plan and execute breakdown, preventive, and shutdown maintenance schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate daily maintenance activities with the Production team and conduct daily toolbox meetings.
• Inspect sites regularly to identify maintenance needs, potential issues, and improvement opportunities.
• Conduct risk assessment reviews with contractors to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Liaise with professional engineers and service providers for statutory equipment inspections and testing.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations, and work with management to address and resolve any issues.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Maintenance related field
• At least 3 years experience
