Maintenance Supervisor

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Handle manpower planning, site mobilization and assisting purchase manager for procuring materials for the maintenance system repair/replacement works.

- Supervise site for all M&E equipment, other replacement works, maintain work progress and completion schedule.

- Prepare the maintenance checklist report for maintenance project and send to client.

- Follow up with client for make confirmation for maintenance pre- scheduled work.

- Supervise workers and train workers to service and repair system parts, equipment and components.

- Record and keep risk assessment RA for each and every project and individual work properly.

- Conduct site testing and commissioning at clients sites according to the specifications and design.

- Prepare Machine Operation Manual and Documentation.

- Troubleshooting, problem identification and resolution.

- Work with project team for on time delivery of the project.

- Efficient in training maintenance workers and supervising them in executing jobs promptly

- Other ad hoc job duties assigned

What we're looking for

• Technical or engineering qualifications preferred

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a maintenance supervisory role

• Strong knowledge of workplace safety procedures and RA practices

• Effective communication, and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients)
