Maintenance Service Engineer

Responsible for design making and PLC controlled panel installation and commissioning with Siemens PLC.

. Estimate cost, scope and timeline based on RFQ's and site condition.

. Involve in onsite machine setups and troubleshooting, debug and commission control systems of machinery and equipment

. Responsible for PLC and HMI programs for machinery and equipment.

. Responsible for Client training and documentation.

. Responsible to team formation and concept development of the complete automation system and complete the project.

. Supervision of operating instruction, troubleshooting and maintenance of plant equipments

Requirements

• Degree in relevant engineering program

. Minimum 3 year of relevant experience in machine control software design and execution.

. Knowledge of Siemens Simatic manager / TIA portal configuration and programming for field commissioning.

. Multi brand PLC programming (Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron, Allen Bradley, Keyence and Beckhoff etc.)

. HMI programming and host communication through various interface.
