Lead planning, design, and implementation of MRO engineering activities related to land systems.
Develop and review technical documentation, including maintenance manuals, repair procedures, and engineering change requests (Mechanical and Hydraulic systems).
Conduct technical analysis and troubleshooting to resolve complex engineering challenges in mechanical and hydraulic systems.
Collaborate closely with operations, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to optimize maintenance schedules and inventory management.
Manage projects to ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality and compliance with industry standards.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by recommending process enhancements and cost-saving measures.
Provide leadership and technical guidance to junior engineering staff, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and professional growth.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Mechanical/ Automotive Engineering with 2 to 3 years of working experience or Diploma in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering with 5 years working experience related to Automotive field.
Strong understanding of engineering principles, maintenance practices, and safety standards.
Proven project management skills with the ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams.
Excellent problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities and attention to detail (Mechanical and Hydraulic Systems).
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency with CAD software tools, Solidworks
Understanding of Hydraulic Schematics, Knowledge on the Mobile Hydraulic system, and Electro Hydraulic systems and components.
Proficiency with Hydraulic system software simulation tools is advantageous
