Aero Engine Component Maintenance Technician (5-axis CNC Milling Machinist)

Job Responsibilities:

. Ability to carry out repair and modification on aero engine components, manufacture the aero engine spares in accordance with the requirements & instructions of Rolls-Royce Engine Manuals

. Preparing CNC program and conducting first article inspections to ensure quality

. Executing programs to repair the aero engine components or fabricate the aero engine spares according to the engineering drawing of Rolls-Royce Engine Manuals

. Setting up, operating, and maintaining of 5-axis CNC Milling machine

. Familiar in usingdifferent measuring equipment for dimensional inspection

. Troubleshooting any issues that arise

. Understand and strict adherence to Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS)

. Health & Safety practices (E.g. Personnel Protection Equipment, Fixture & Tooling storage & Cutting tools storage)

Requirements:

. Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in programming and operation of 5-axis CNC Milling Machine

. Diploma or above in Mechanical Engineering, Aviation Engineering or related disciplines

. Able to interpret engineering drawings

. Able to compose CNC programs on Faunc, Siemens, Heidenhain or other systems for machining operation

. Proficient in SolidWorks or Mastercam is an advantage

. Good command of written English and engineering analytical skill

. Willing to take day and night roster shifts
