Job Description

Position : Maintenance Planning Coordinator (Facilities / Procurement)
Location : Jurong / Pioneer, Singapore
Working hours : 5 days work week, Monday to Friday, 7.42am to 5.00pm
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Basic Salary up to $5500 + 1-Month Contract Completion Bonus
Duration : Duration: 1-Year Contract
Industry : Manufacturing / Engineering / Procurement / Supply Chain

Main Responsibilities:

Schedule and track preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Monitor maintenance budgets, expenses and monthly SOE reports.
Source vendor quotations and coordinate service schedules.
Monitor vendor performance, deliveries and work completion.
Process purchase requisitions, purchase orders and payments through Ariba.
Liaise with Procurement and Finance on invoices and payment discrepancies.
Maintain inventory records, stock levels and maintenance materials.
Support month-end closing, documentation and facilities administration.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Procurement or related discipline.
Preferably 3 years of experience in maintenance planning, procurement or facilities coordination.
Manufacturing or plant facilities maintenance experience will be advantageous.
Knowledge of vendor coordination, purchasing and expense tracking.
Familiarity with Ariba, ERP or inventory systems will be advantageous.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Teams.
Organised, resourceful and able to manage multiple deadlines.
