Develop, update and maintain integrated project schedules in engineering, fabrication, construction or EPC projects in conjunction with the project team,
Track and report progress against the plan,
Develop detailed work plan, activities and tasks,
Prepare and update look-ahead schedules and delay mitigation plans,
Prepare and update project schedule and resource loading in Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project,
Identify and estimate resource needs for manpower, materials and equipment,
Prepare and present regular internal and external progress reports for management,
Highlight to project team on issues causing delay to project completion,
Gather actual data, update project schedule and develop reliable schedule forecast with support from project team
Requirements:
Recognised Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Civil, Chemical or Mechanical), Project Management, Construction Management or related discipline,
Well versed in Planning software, i.e. Microsoft Project and Premavera P6
Minimum 2 years working experience in Oil and Gas Industry, preferably turnaround projects
Certification in project planning and scheduling would be an added advantage
