Maintenance Planner / Engineer (GMP) #HJO

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule all maintenance activities, including job preparation and daily updates to the work order system.

• Manage the CMMS to ensure work orders are accurate and complete, including priorities, work order types, equipment details, status, labour hours, materials used, and proper closure follow-up.

• Oversee the parts inventory system, ensuring accurate records, cycle counts, and periodic physical inventories.

• Optimise inventory control to ensure availability of critical spares while maintaining equipment reliability during storage.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical information on plant processes and equipment.

• Collect, organise, and manage technical documentation such as drawings, vendor manuals, procedures, and diagrams required for maintenance work.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering.

• Preferably 1-2 years of relevant experience as a Maintenance Planner.

• Proficient in Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), preferably HxGN EAM (Enterprise Asset Management).

• Experience working in a cGMP environment

• Ability to prepare and maintain GMP-related documentation.

• Knowledge of equipment qualification requirements under GMP standards.
