Premises Maintenance Officer (Central Area)
- Carry out general maintenance and repair works (e.g. painting, wall patching, plumbing, air-conditioning servicing, electrical fixtures)
- Perform daily facilities inspection and maintenance (alarm system, access card system, CCTV, fire protection system, office equipment, etc.)
- Respond to and prioritize maintenance requests efficiently
- Work closely with Front Office and Housekeeping teams to ensure guests requests are met
- Assist with car park control duties
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by Management
Requirements:
- Responsible, hands-on, and able to work independently
- Able to work 6 days per week
- Hotel / hospitality environment
