Job Description:
- To manage tenant's fit-out/ reinstatement works and conduct timely handovers or takeover of units when required.
- Ensure fortnightly checks are conducted to vacant units.
- Escalate feedback to OM where necessary.
- Attending to tenants enquired through emails when required.
- Facilitating repair, liaise with vendors and contractors where necessary. Report to OM in the event it cannot be rectified within a reasonable time.
- Obtain quotation for minor repairs.
- Manage vendors and contractors.
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the management.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree with at least 5 years relevant working experience
