Maintenance Officer (ENG)

Job Description
- To manage tenant's fit-out/ reinstatement works and conduct timely handovers or takeover of units when required

- Ensure fortnightly checks are conducted to vacant units

- Escalate feedback to OM where necessary

- Attending to tenants enquired through emails when required.

- Facilitating repair, liaise with vendors and contractors where necessary. Report to OM in the event it cannot be rectified within a reasonable time

- Obtain quotation for minor repairs

- Manage vendors and contractors

Job Requirements

Diploma/Degree with at least 2 years relevant working experience
