Job Description:
This role is required to oversee maintenance and reliability of construction plant and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead maintenance, repair, and servicing of heavy equipment and machinery
- Diagnose technical issues and implement corrective actions
- Drive preventive maintenance programs and fleet optimization
- Conduct root cause analysis to reduce equipment downtime
- Provide technical guidance to workshop and site teams
- Manage cost control for repairs and equipment lifecycle planning
- Ensure compliance with HSE and operational standards
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related
- 10-15 years of experience in heavy equipment / construction machinery
- Strong troubleshooting and leadership experience
- Familiar with plant operations and maintenance planning
