Responsibilities:
- Organize and schedule preventive maintenance and calibration of production equipment, as well as routine and ad-hoc upkeep of building and utility systems.
- Prepare and review approval documents, training manuals, installation applications for government agencies, and other internal paperwork.
- Manage spare parts inventory, including obtaining quotes, negotiating prices, and placing orders.
- Coordinate feasibility studies and planning for new equipment and facility installations.
- Perform hands-on maintenance and basic electrical work when needed.
- Support company EHS activities as part of the Technical Department.
- Supervise contractors and liaise for maintenance or repair tasks.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Chemical, Electrical & Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering.
- 15 - 20 years of relevant experience in related field or chemical industry.
- Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW) preferred basic understanding of electrical systems/instruments required.
- Familiar with EHS issues, ISO14001, and ISO45001.
- Knowledge of Risk Assessment and FMEA.
- Auto-CAD skills advantageous.
