Job Scope
- Oversee the preventive and corrective maintenance of CCTV systems, including camera installations, equipment repairs, and software updates
- Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans to maximize system uptime and performance
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any technical issues or operational challenges
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and technicians
- Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and system performance data
- Continuously explore new technologies and industry best practices to enhance the capabilities of our CCTV infrastructure
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a leading a maintenance of CCTV systems, Access Control System and or Intrusion Detection System.
- Strong technical expertise in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of CCTV systems, Access Control System and or Intrusion Detection System.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, with a proven ability to think critically and find innovative solutions
- Excellent project management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
