Maintenance & Facility Engineer

HIRING: MAINTENANCE & FACILITY ENGINEER

Location: Singapore

Department: Maintenance & Facility

Open to all nationalities who are willing to relocate to Singapore.

S Pass sponsorship will be provided, subject to eligibility and approval.

We are looking for a Maintenance & Facility Engineer to support the reliable operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of site facilities, production machines, instruments, and equipment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility and production machines, instruments, and equipment

• Respond to equipment breakdowns, malfunctions, emergencies, and Andon alerts

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs

• Install and commission production and facility equipment

• Coordinate with OEMs, machine agents, contractors, and suppliers

• Maintain accurate maintenance records through CMMS

• Support TPM, CORE, EH&S, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Provide technical recommendations on equipment and facility maintenance requirements

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree + minimum 2 years of relevant experience OR Diploma + minimum 5 years of relevant experience

• Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related qualification

• Minimum 2 years of relevant maintenance/facility engineering experience

• Experience in industrial automation is an advantage

• Knowledge of CMMS / enterprise systems

• Experience with Root Cause Analysis (RRCA) / CORE Problem Solving

• Proficient in MS Office

• Strong analytical, teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
