Job Description

Our client is a leading player in Manufacturing Industry. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Maintenance & Facilities Manager to be part of their Maintenance Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West Area - easily accessible.

Duties of Maintenance & Facilities Manager:

  • Lead and implement preventive & predictive maintenance for plant machinery, electrical, and mechanical systems
  • Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and ensure legal & regulatory compliance
  • Supervise contractors and coordinate plant shutdown maintenance
  • Drive continuous improvement in reliability and availability of equipment
  • Support cross-company initiatives on tech transfers and maintenance standards
  • Ensure compliance with ISO and EHS management systems
  • Oversee licensing and statutory renewals with authorities and agencies

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering or related field
  • 10 years of relevant experience in manufacturing setting
  • Well versed with mechanical, electrical systems & automation
  • Familiar with ISO 9001/14001/45001 standards
