Maintenance & Facilities Engineer (BMS, IFMS)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities and plant equipment.
• Manage Building Management System (BMS) Integrated Factory Management System (IFMS)
• Using data trend analysis to provide cause, remedies, and make long term improvement
• Plan and Carry out Preventive Maintenance programs (TPM) for facility, production machines
• Maintain fire protection systems and building services in compliance with safety standards.
• Participate in engineering projects, including design reviews, installation, and commissioning activities.
• Liaise with external service contractors for maintenance projects, ensuring timely execution and adherence to specifications.
• Provide technical support to fellow engineer/technician for troubleshooting and root cause analysis of equipment failures.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards, safety regulations, and company SOPs during all maintenance activities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical, Electro-Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience in facilities and plant maintenance, with fire safety protection system background is a MUST.
• Knowledge in CAD Drawing and capable in drawing interpretation
• Willing to standby for shift duties (including weekends and shutdown periods) when required.
• Able to work independently with very little supervision and good interpersonal skills
• Able to write a detailed report and presentation for management review
• Proactively and innovative in creating project proposals, be able to adapt to changes
