Maintenance & Facilities Engineer (AGV, ASRS)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead maintenance and troubleshooting for stamping machines, cold forging equipment, AGV (Automated Guided Vehicles), and ASRS (Automated Storage & Retrieval Systems).
• Respond promptly to machine breakdowns, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely recovery to minimize downtime.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce breakdown frequency and enhance equipment reliability.
• Diagnose and pinpoint machinery issues accurately using advanced troubleshooting techniques and strong technical know-how.
• Proactively source and propose projects for process optimization, automation, and productivity improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with safety standards and operational KPIs.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electro-Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of stamping/cold forging machines and automated systems (AGV/ASRS).
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and automation controls.
• Ability to work under pressure during breakdowns and willingness to support shift or weekend duties when required.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance planning and continuous improvement methodologies (Kaizen, TPM)
