Job Summary

Perform routine preventive maintenance and provide onsite field support to ensure equipment and facilities operate efficiently across branches.

Responsibilities

• Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance to keep equipment and facilities in optimal working condition
• Diagnose and rectify equipment faults promptly to minimize downtime
• Provide onsite field maintenance support to branches to resolve technical issues efficiently
• Process maintenance claims accurately and report completed work to supervisors
• Respond to ad-hoc maintenance requests as assigned by supervisors
• Participate in standby weekend duty once a month to support urgent maintenance needs

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold a Tradesman certificate from BCA or an equivalent certification

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Demonstrate experience in maintenance or related fields (considered favourably)
• Show strong interest in learning maintenance skills (considered for candidates without experience)
• Exhibit teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues
• Willingness to travel to various branch locations accessible by MRT
