Maintenance Engineer WEST

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of servers, PCs, electronic equipment, and mechanical components.
• Carry out hardware troubleshooting, repair, and soldering for electronic equipment.
• Perform basic system administration tasks, including server/PC data backup, OS patching, and antivirus updates.
• Manage maintenance-related documentation, including spare parts management, service reports, and monthly reports.
• Liaise with customers to understand their requirements and provide the necessary maintenance support.
• Maintain proper records of maintenance activities and equipment status.
• Work closely with the team to ensure maintenance tasks are completed effectively and on time.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in maintenance, electronics, electrical, computer hardware, or a similar technical environment.
• Hands-on experience in electronics troubleshooting, repair, and soldering.
• Knowledge of PC/server hardware and basic system administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
• Able to prepare basic technical documentation and reports.
• Mechanical knowledge will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of software/system maintenance will be an added advantage.
• Team player with a hands-on and problem-solving mindset.
