Lead and support small projects to enhance facility operations and equipment performance.
Troubleshoot breakdowns, perform maintenance, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
Drive continuous improvement of electrical and mechanical systems.
Review machinery upgrades and supplier contracts, recommending improvements where necessary.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and Quality Management System standards (ISO, IATF, BizSafe).
Maintain proper documentation, housekeeping, and spare parts inventory control.
Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate superior.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronic Engineering
Strong technical knowledge of engineering principles, machinery, electrical systems and maintenance practices for effective facility and equipment management
At least 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, applying maintenance and engineering skills in practice.
