Duties & Responsibilities- Service Delivery & Account Management
- Manage end-to-end maintenance services for CCTV, intrusion detection, access control, alarm systems, and related IT infrastructure across client sites. Maintain strong customer relationships, oversee service-level agreements (SLAs), track performance metrics, and drive ongoing improvement.
- Stakeholder Communication & Reporting
- Serve as primary technical contact for clientsreport regularly on maintenance performance, budget, and technical compliance. Liaise among clients, Certis internal teams, and third-party vendors.
- Operational Support & Monitoring
- Support site operations through proactive system monitoring, performing regular checks to ensure optimal uptime and preventive maintenance adherence
- Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain comprehensive system configs, network diagrams, maintenance SOPs, and account-specific documentation. Ensure security best practices and regulatory compliance
- Preventive & Corrective Maintenance
- Plan and perform regular preventive maintenance across client installations to reduce downtime and enhance system uptime. Track failure trends and implement effective corrective actions
- Project Coordination & Infrastructure Enhancements
- Oversee minor upgrades, system migrations, and equipment replacements. Develop project documentation including implementation, migration, and acceptance plans. Handle as-built records and conduct acceptance tests.
Skills & Experience- Education
- Diploma or degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience
- Minimum of 2 3 years in OT/IT field for general security systems.
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience working with CCTV, IDS, access control systems, and server/network environments preferred.
- Strong analytical, planning, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Customer-centric with the ability to train users and manage vendor interactions effectively.
